前身是由上海新滬玻璃有限公司、日本SOLTEC Co., Ltd、上海蘇邁進出口有限公司、香港港和光學有限公司共同投資組建的中外合資企業(yè)。為上海新滬玻璃廠氣煉石英玻璃分廠，歷史悠久。主要生產(chǎn)和加工石英玻璃及光學玻璃、微晶玻璃等制品。特別是環(huán)、板、片、管、棒、舟架、缸體、坩堝、儀器等多規(guī)格、多類型的近百種石英玻璃，廣泛應用于光學元件、光學鍍膜、光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)、光纖通信、半導體微電子、冶金、化工、醫(yī)療生物、天文宇航等領(lǐng)域，以“技術(shù)新、品種齊、質(zhì)量高”著稱于石英行業(yè)。公司2014年起生產(chǎn)逐步搬遷至山東郯城，現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)基地位于山東省郯城縣。公司通過了IS0 9001質(zhì)量管理體系認證，公司始終堅持 “精心制作、精誠服務、精益求精”質(zhì)量方針，竭誠滿足顧客的需求，與顧客合作互利、共同發(fā)展。
